We’re in the tropical state of mind with this Paan Milkshake made by Sovana Dasgupta, who does by the username bong_foodielady on Instagram, who has used Hye Foods Soy Milk Powder. We have been craving to try out this recipe for ourselves, but right now, it’s time for you to do so!
Ingredients of Paan Milkshake:
- 6tbsp- Hye Foods Soy Milk Powder.
- 600ml- Warm Water
- 8 paan/ Betel Leaves
- 3tsp- Paan Masala
- 2tsp- Gulkand
- 15-20 Cashew
- 10-12 Dates (Pitted)
- 1tbsp- Fennel Seeds
- ½ tsp- Cardamom Powder.
Making Process of Paan Milkshake:
Soak the cashew and dates for approx. 3-4 hours and the fennel seeds for 30 minutes.
Mix Hye Foods Soy Milk Powder in warm water and let it cool down.
In a mixer grinder, add betel leaves, soaked cashew, dates and fennel seeds, paan masala, gulkand, cardamom powder, with half a cup of soy milk. Blend them together until smooth.
Add this mixture to the rest of the soy milk and mix thoroughly.
Your Paan Milkshake is all set to be consumed!
P.S. You can even add ice cubes to the milkshake to enjoy it cold!
