We at Hye Foods try our best to deliver best products and experience for all our customers. However, sometimes due to the scale of operations, a few exceptional cases do happen. If ever you do not feel satisfied with the product delivered then please email your query to us at the specified email ID.
We follow the following mentioned points for our return policy:
- Any item to be returned must be unused and must not be damaged.
- Return request shall be made within 2 hours of receiving the product. Return request can be made via email to the specified email ID as provided on the Contact us page.
- The item returned must be properly packed and then returned.
- We do not arrange a reverse pick up for the item to be returned. The customer is requested to return the item via courier and the courier amount shall be reimbursed to the customer.
- We won’t accept the product if it shows signs of being used, broken, and/or tampered with by you.
- International orders of food products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- We will be accepting the returned product only in its original form. Any damage/lost in transit won’t be accepted by us.

- Refund process: Once all the conditions of the return policy are satisfied from our end, we will refund the amount. The refund request can be made via email. A customer care executive will get in touch with you and let you know the process for refund. Please note that shipping charges for Cash on Delivery products will not be refunded.
- Company’s (Hye Food’s) liability is only upto the order amount.
Once all the checks are in place, the amount will be refunded to your account within 4-5 working days.
