“Dessert makes everything better”- we don’t know how true that is but we definitely know that dessert time is the best time of the day. So, we are here, again, with a healthy Vegan dessert recipe- Pudding in a Jar made from both our Coconut milk and Soy milk powder, to add awesomeness to your dessert cravings.
Ingredients
- Mango
- Blue pea flowers
- Soy milk powder
- Coconut milk powder
- Gelatine
- Sugar
Process
- Reduce Mango puree with sugar
- Mix Gelatine with hot water
- Add Gelatine to the reduced puree, mix well, put it in a Jar and let it freeze
- Boil Blue pea flowers
- Mix Soy milk powder & sugar in blue pea water and add gelatine to it
- Take the same jar and fill it with this mixture
- Add Coconut milk powder to water & add gelatine to it
- Pour it in the same & let it freeze
Let it freeze for an hour and your Pudding would be ready to dig in!
